Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Muse of Rain sells digital products only. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no waiting for a courier.

How you receive your purchase

• After your payment succeeds, you are taken automatically to a download page on our website.
• Download your purchase there and save it somewhere safe. It is yours to keep, for personal use.
• You may also receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay at the email address you entered.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate once your payment is confirmed. In rare cases, your bank or the payment gateway may take a little longer to confirm a payment.

If you did not reach the download page, or lost the file

Email us at themuseofrain@gmail.com with the email address you used and your payment ID, and we will send the file again.
