Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of museofrain.com and book.museofrain.com and to any digital product you buy from Muse of Rain (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital products, delivered as downloadable files. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR), and the price shown when you pay is the price you pay. We may change prices or withdraw a product at any time, but this does not affect orders you have already completed.

2. Personal use only

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it, and to print it, for your own personal use. Where a product is designed for couples, personal use includes reading and discussing it with your partner.

You must not:

• resell the product, or offer it for sale in any form;
• share, forward, lend or give the file, or your download link, to anyone else;
• upload it to any website, group, drive, app or messaging channel where others can access it;
• copy, modify, translate or publish any part of it;
• use it in your own products, courses, coaching or other commercial work.

If we find a breach of these terms, we may block your access and take appropriate action under the law.

3. Ownership

All content, including the text, layout, design and branding, belongs to Muse of Rain and is protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the content.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms.

5. Delivery, refunds and cancellations

Delivery is digital and immediate; see our Delivery Policy. Because our products are digital, all sales are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Information, not advice

Our products are for information and reflection. They are not legal, financial, medical, psychological or counselling advice and cannot replace a qualified professional. Decisions you make are your own.

7. Limits of our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or our site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
